This Privacy Policy governs access to and use of ABSER\'s service by making available to the Internet user (hereinafter referred to as "User") interested in the services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") and content (hereinafter referred to as "Content") hosted on ABSER\'s websites (hereinafter referred to as the "Websites").

without prejudice to any other administrative remedy or legal action, the User shall have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which he has his habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged breach, if he considers that the processing of his personal data is not in accordance with the regulations, or if he is not satisfied with the exercise of his rights.
The supervisory authority to which the complaint has been lodged shall inform the complainant of the progress and outcome of the complaint.
